1 small onion finely diced
1/4 cup celery finely diced
1/2 cup chopped cooked Bacon
1/4 cup red Ale
16 oz. cubed White American processed cheese block
8 oz. Cream Cheese softened
1/4 cup jalapenos, finely chopped, seeds removed
1/2 cup shredded cheddar/jack blend
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp chopped chives
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon butterDirections:
Saute onions, celery, jalapenos and bacon over medium heat until softened.
Reduce heat and slowly add all cheeses stirring continually until they begin to melt.
Add in your ale and allow to simmer. Lastly add the worcestershire sauce, chives and enough milk to reach your desired consistency.
Dip should be eaten immediately or kept warm in something like a crock pot. We top ours with crispy bacon, jalapenos, cheese and a dollop of sourcream. Serve with tortilla chips. YUM!!Presented by:
