Parmesan Wafers

Ingredients:

1 (4.25 oz.) container shredded Parmesan cheese
Fresh herbs of choice such as parsley, basil, dill & chives
Parchment paper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper Spoon 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoon mounds of cheese onto baking sheet, spacing approximately 3 inches apart. Push cheese down, slightly spreading out cheese. Place a sprig of herb on top of each Parmesan round. Bake on center rack for 3-4 minutes, until cheese is melted & edges are crispy golden. Yields approximately 20 wafers.
