Orange Rosemary Roasted Pecans

4 cups raw pecans
3 T. melted butter
3 T. dried rosemary (broken up) OR 6 T. fresh rosemary, minced
3 T. orange zest
6 T. sugar
1 T. salt


Roast pecans in the oven on a sheet pan for 10 minutes. Pour into a large bowl. Add all other ingredients, mix well.

NOTE:--To break up the rosemary, put in a plastic bag and tap with a mallet, or break up with a mortar and pestle.
