18-20 Thin slices of roasted eye of round
6 Oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup grated cucumber (see note)
1/4 cup grated radishes
1-1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. Rosa Leah’s Directions:
Soften cream cheese; add cucumber, radish, and onion salt. Spread on slices of cold roast beef, allowing about 2 tsp. for each slice.
Wrap and chill.
To serve, cut rolls in halves and secure with a frill toothpick. Makes 3-4 dozen rolls
NOTE: To grate cucumber, scoop out seed center and grate remainder with skins and drain gratings.Presented by:
