Wedding Cookies

Ingredients:

1 1/3 stick butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups sifted all purpose flour
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream margarine, sugar, vanilla and water. Add flour slowly and blend well. Stir in pecans. Form into one inch balls and place about one inch apart on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 15-18 minute or until firm. Do not Brown. While still warm roll gently in powdered sugar. Cool.
