Green Bean & Shoe Peg Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

1 (50 ounce) can blue lake green beans, well drained
2 cups frozen shoe peg corn
1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup French's French Fried Onions
3/4 cup half and half
2/3 cup French's French Fried Onions for topping

Directions:

Spray a 9x9-inch baking dish with Pam. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, gently combine beans, corn, soup and half and half. Fold in first 2/3 cup of fried onions. Spoon bean mixture into the prepared baking dish. Cover lightly with foil. Bake until bubbly. Remove cover, sprinkle remaining 2/3 cup of fried onions over top. Return the dish to the oven and bake until the onions are golden.
