Dark Chocolate Rocky Road Brownies

Ingredients:

4 sticks butter
1 12oz. bag Hershey dark chocolate chips
6 oz. Hershey milk chocolate chips

6 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp instant coffee
2 Tbsp vanilla

1 1/4 cup flour
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp salt

1 cup Marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions:

In a sauce pot melt together the butter and chocolate chips on med-low heat. Melt and cool. Meanwhile, whisk together eggs, sugar, coffee, vanilla.

Whisk together in a separate bowl the flour, baking powder and salt. Add melted and cooled chocolate mixture to egg mixture. Stir in dry ingredients. Once combined, add marshmallows, pecans and last cup of milk chocolate chips. Pour onto a 12 x 18 x 1 buttered and floured baking sheet. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 22-24 minutes. Cool and cut.
