Heart Shape Brownies with Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients:

1 box brownie mix
Caramel topping
Chocolate Ganache
Chopped nuts
Strawberries

Heart shape cookie cutter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Make brownies according to directions. Spray cookie sheet generously with non-stick vegetable spray. Bake brownies about 10-12 minutes. Cool brownies for 10 minutes. Cut out heart shapes with cookie cutter. Top with your favorite toppings.

For the Chocolate Ganache: In a medium sauce pan heat 1 cup cream on medium low heat until slightly warm. Add chocolate and continue to heat while stirring until all chocolate has melted. Remove from heat and cool until just warm.

For the caramel sauce: In a medium sauce pan heat ½ cup cream on medium low heat until slightly warm. Add caramel candy and continue to heat while stirring until all candy has melted. Keep warm
