Oysters Fatty

For the mixture:
1 bag frozen spinach thawed and drained
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp.each of salt pepper and garlic
1 lb breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled

1 dozen shucked fresh oysters


Combine all ingredients of mixture in a bowl and mix well. Top shucked oysters with heaping teaspoon of sausage mixture and bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. You can top the oysters with hot pepper cheese if you would like. Serve with cocktail sauce and fresh lemon.
