melted dark chocolate
melted white chocolate
seedless red grapes
dried cherries or cranberries
Chocolate Covered Grapes: Wash and dry grapes. In microwave, melt dark chocolate and white chocolate. Heat in :30 increments and take caution not to burn or scorch. Lay grapes out on a flat surface and drizzle with both melted chocolates. Refrigerate 15 minutes to set chocolate.
Pear Brie Appetizers: Slice a few pears.
Chop into small pieces some salted pistachios and some dried fruit such as cherries or cranberries. Cut room temp brie into small pieces and place a piece on the large end of the pear slice. Top with nuts and dried berries
Pick your favorite champagne and add a few small scoops of Raspberry Sorbet (sold at Its All So Yummy Cafe). Garnish with a fresh raspberry and enjoy!Presented by:
