Pecan Bread Pudding

8 cups chopped bread
3 lg eggs
1 1/4 cup corn syrup
2 tbs butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp maple flavoring
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans


Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Place all bread pieces in pan.
Pour melted butter over bread.
In large bowl combine other ingredients adding nuts last.
Pour over bread.
Using spatula to push bread around to coat with liquid.
Bake 375 for 45 min.
Serve warm with whip cream.
