16 oz. frozen strawberries
16 oz. frozen blueberries
16 oz frozen peaches
4 medium bananasDirections:
1) Divide fruit into eight freezer bags, approximately ¼ cup of each fruit. Seal bag and place in freezer.
2) Pull out a smoothie pack, blend, and enjoy!
Tip: Add a small amount of water or vanilla soy milk, if desired, to decrease thickness of smoothie. Presented by:
