Raw Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup raw cashews (or ½ cup pine nuts and ½ cup macadamia nuts)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup hot water
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ cup nutritional yeast flakes
¼ cup canned pimientos, drained
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne (optional - to taste)

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy. This cheese sauce will store in
the refrigerator for 4-6 days.
