Blackberry Almond Cream Cheese Pinwheels

Ingredients:

Filling:
4 oz cream cheese cubed and softened
1/4 cup blackberries
1/4 cup sugar
( purée above in a food processor)
1/4 cup petite diced strawberries
2 tbsp slivered almonds

2 sheets puff pastry (1 box puff pastry) thawed and laid out on a floured surface.

Directions:

Spread cream cheese mixture on puff pastry and then layer with strawberries then almonds. Roll long side. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 min to 1 hour then slice in 1" increments. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and top with a sprinkle of raw sugar and slivered almonds. Bake at 400 for 15 min!
