Blood Orange Olive Oil and Pecan Green Beans

Ingredients:

Green Beans – Fresh ¾ pound
Tree and Vine Blood Orange Olive Oil – 1 T + 1 tsp.
Pecans ¼ c. chopped
Sea salt to taste

Directions:

Trim and halve green beans
Blanch or steam green beans for 2-4 minutes (should still be firm)
Drain, set aside
In large skillet heat olive oil to medium
Saute green beans until thoroughly heated
Add pecans towards end of sauté
Season
Enjoy
Servings: 4
