Pepper Jack Pasta Salad

8 ounces uncooked orzo
2 1/4 cups diced tomato
1/3 cup capers, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1/4 cup sliced pickled banana peppers
1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Dash of salt
2 ounces pepper jack cheese shredded
1 (16 ounce) can navy beans, rinsed and well drained
2 ounces finely diced salami
1 garlic clove, finely minced


Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, add olive oil to prevent sticking while it cools. In a large bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients. Add pasta and toss to blend well. Chill before serving if desired.
