Broccoli with Orange and Basil

2 cups broccoli florets
2 oranges, segmented or canned Mandarin oranges
1/4 cup fresh basil chiffonade
1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest


Steam the broccoli and oranges for about 3 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender crisp. Add the zest and basil, then toss. Divide among 4 plates and serve.

Serving size: 1/2 cup
Yields: 4 servings
