"Meat-ropolitan Stromboli"

13 oz dough
6 T flour
1 lb mozzarella cheese
2 T Romano cheese
pinch of parsley
pinch of black pepper
4 slices cooked bacon
handful sliced, diced ham
handful sliced, diced Italian sausage
handful of cooked ground beef
20 slices of pepperoni
2 T Extra Virgin olive oil
6 oz marinara sauce


Preheat oven to 450
Warm all meat ingredients in oven for 4 minutes
Place flour on table, roll out dough long and wide, in an almost rectangular shape
Place 1/2 lb of mozzarella in a long row.
Add warmed meat
Place black pepper, parsley and Romano cheese, followed by the rest of the mozzarella.
Carefully, move one side of the dough over, from left to right, from bottom to top.
Move other side of dough from right to left.
Cut off ends
Poke holes on top of stromboli with a toothpick.
Place on greased cookie sheet or directly on stone and bake for approximately 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush top with extra virgin olive oil and serve with marinara sauce.

Servings: Serves 2-4, easily.
