1 1/2 Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
3/4 Cup oil
1 1/2 Cups Buttermilk
2 (3.4 oz) Vanilla Instant Pudding
3 Cups of Milk
1 Cup of Sour Cream
1 (8oz) Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 (8oz) Cool Whip thawedDirections:
Mix all CAKE ingredients and bake in a 10 x 14 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
Mix all PUDDING ingredients and place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Mix Cream Cheese and Powdered sugar until smooth, then add 8 oz of Cool Whip. Set aside.
Once your cake is cooled, take the handle of a wooden spoon and poke holes all over the cake. Take 1/2 of your Vanilla pudding mixture and smooth over your entire cake so that the pudding will soak into the holes that you have prepared. Add the remaining 1/2 of your Vanilla Pudding mixture into your Cream Cheese and Cool Whip mixture. Blend and place on top of your cake. Garnish Cake when served.
