A large sautee pan
12 green onions chopped
2 sticks unsalted butter


sautee onions in butter until soft
Medium heat
Add 2 lbs crawfish tails or shrimp or both Add 1 cup water; 1 beer of your choice Add Louisiana cajun seasoning 2 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Bring to boil; reduce to simmer until liquid thickens at least until it coats the back of a spoon Pour over white rice Servings: 6
