Low-Fat Caesar Dressing and Whole Wheat Pita triangles

2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup fat free mayonnaise
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
Black pepper to taste (pinch)

Pita Squares:
6 spray (1 sec/spray) Oil, Olive/Canola Oil 25/75 Blend
1 each Bread, Pita, Whole Wheat, 6"
1 tsp Spice Blend


In a bowl whisk together the garlic, lemon juice, mustard, and the Worcestershire sauce, add the mayonnaise, the Parmesan, and pepper to taste, and whisk the dressing until it is combined well.

Pita Squares:
Separate the pita into two pieces. Cut each of the halves into 6 pieces, a total of 12 pieces.
Place on Sheet pan and spray evenly with cooking spray. Sprinkle with spices.

Bake in pre-heated oven at 350°F for 3 - 4 minutes until browned.

3 pita triangles per serving.
