1 cup cooked, cubed chicken
Pesto (homemade or store bought) enough to coat chicken
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic
8 oz milk
2 oz vegetable oil
1/3 cup crumbled fetaDirections:
Mix together chicken and pesto in a bowl, cover and let marinate overnight
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix all muffin ingredients together, then add chicken and feta and combine until mix is smooth.
Bake at 325 degrees for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown .Presented by:
