Three people charged with the murder of a homeless man appeared in court for the first time on Monday.
Hope Warvi, Joshua Cool, and Brandon Roberts are charged with second degree murder in the death of Collin Colbert.
Knoxville Police found his body in a tent at a homeless camp off Richards Street earlier this month. Two days later, they found two more bodies.
The three suspects were in court Monday, where a judge sent the case to a grand jury. Right now, they're only charged in the first death.
The grand jury will decide if the suspects will face charges in the other two deaths.
