1 Avocado, ripe, chopped
1 stick of celery, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup chopped chive or green onion, green part only
1/2 c. sweet yellow onion, chopped
1 c. mayo
1/3 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 T. dried dill
2 T. lime juice
1/2 T. granulated garlic
kosher salt to taste, about 1 T.
2 T. hot sauce
Place everything into blender or food processor, except buttermilk. Start blending and slowly add buttermilk until well blended and smooth. Yields about 1 qt.
