Prep notes:
Quinoa has a naturally occurring pesticide called saponine, which needs to be rinsed or soaked off before consuming. Soak 1-8hrs and rinse before preparing. If you're in a rush you can rinse very well in sieve under running water.

3 cups of quinoa (any kind)
6 cups of water (you can also use half and half water and almond milk, coconut water, or milk)
A pinch or more of Sea salt
1 -2 tsp Cinnamon
1 - tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
4 tbsp Organic Raw honey or to taste
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen Organic berries (make sure to let frozen berries thaw before serving)
1 tbsp of Organic ground flax seed
nuts and seeds to liking

1. In a large pot, bring 6 cups of purified water to a boil
2. Add 3 cups of soaked or rinsed quinoa to boiling water, return to a boil
3. Once at a rolling boil, cover, turn to low and let simmer for around 10 minutes or until liquid is completely absorbed
4. Before water is completely absorbed add cinnamon stirring occasionally
5. Serve hot and add nuts, seeds, flax and berries
6. Top with coconut oil, salt and honey
7. Enjoy!
