Monday a judge will hear a request filed by a Georgia trucking firm for a temporary injunction against Pilot CEO Jimmy Haslam to stop contacting any trucking companies tied to an alleged rebate scheme.

Pilot is facing three lawsuits seeking class action.

One new lawsuit in the case was filed by the the National Trucking Financial Reclamation Services.

It cites the 120 page FBI affidavit as evidence that Pilot failed to give some of its customers the rebates it promised.

It claims the alleged rebate scheme cost trucking companies more than five million dollars.
