Stiletto Cupcakes


Baked cupcakes

2 cups buttercream icing

wafer cookies 

round log cookies

marshmallow fondant (recipe below)


16 oz KRAFT marshmallows

2 to 5 tablespoons water

2 pound powdered sugar

1/2 cup Crisco shortening

Melt marshmallows and 2tbsp water in 30 min. increments in microwave.  Stir marshmallows each time you start the microwave.  Takes about 2 - 2 1/2 min.

Place 3/4 of the sugar in the middle of the marshmallows.  Turn out onto a counter greased heavily with the crisco.

Grease hands heavily with crisco and begin kneading mixture.  Caution....will be hot at first.  Continue kneading while adding the remaining powdered sugar.  Mixture should be pliable.  Wrap in saran wrap and place in airtight Ziplock overnight.
