1 cup plain yogurt, fat free or whole milk
2 teaspoons agave or to taste
¼ cup rolled oats, toasted
1 tablespoon sweetened wheat germ
¼ cup blackberries, blueberries or strawberries
2 tablespoons almonds chopped, sliced or slivered, toasted, optional
Mix yogurt and agave until well blended. Stir in oats and top with fruit and nuts to taste.
