Your favorite beer
Dead End BBQ sauce
Lightly rub chicken with vegetable oil and lightly shake chicken rub over the entire bird. Pour beer into a can or chicken stand and add rub and sauce.
Place bird on can or stand and place in oven or smoker at 275F for 3 hours or until internal temperature of the breast is 165F and the thigh is 175F.
Remove from smoker and let rest for 10 minutes then pull meat off bone or cut into pieces and serve.
