Crab Ceviche

16 ounces crab meat, flaked

2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely diced red pepper
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
3 limes
1 teaspoon parsley
3 Serrano peppers, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes



Place crab meat into a glass bowl.  Coat with olive oil.  Then juice 2 of your limes and pour over crab.  Add all the remaining ingredients and stir well.  Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Serve with remaining lime cut into wedges.
