Triple Chocolate Brownies with Toffee Bourbon Icing

Ingredients:
Brownies:
2 sticks of butter
1 bag of chocolate chips
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbs. vanilla
1 tbs. molasses
1 tbs. Bourbon
1 tbs Instant coffee
1 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tbs. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips (in addition to bag of chocolate chips

Icing:
1 bag Heath Toffee Bar Bits
1/4 cup whole milk
6 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Brownies:
In a sauce pot melt down butter and bag of chocolate chips, set aside and let cool.

In a bowl whisk together eggs, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, molasses, Bourbon and instant coffee.

Mix well and add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Then fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes

Icing:

In a sauce pan melt down toffee bits and milk. Strain out any excess toffee bits to make mixture smooth.
Pour into mixer and add powdered sugar and bourbon. Mix together. Serve on brownies and enjoy
