1 ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
2 T. sugar
5 T. melted butter
1 - 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
4 large egg yolks
½ cup Nellie & Joe's Key Lime Juice
Finely Chopped Macadamia Nuts
Chocolate Fudge Topping
Make crust, Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter with a fork until blended, then press evenly onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake for 10 minutes. Cool
Make filling: Whisk together the condensed milk and egg yolks until well combined. Add lime juice until combined. (Mixture will thicken slightly)
Spread a thin layer of chocolate over the crust and sprinkle with chopped macadamia nuts.
Pour the filling into the crust and bake 15 minutes. Cool and chill covered for at least 8 hours. Filling will set as it cools.
Top with Cool whip and chopped Macadamia nuts.
