1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove fresh garlic, very finely minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
1-2 tablespoons half & half
Blend well. Cover and chill until serving time.
To make the salad:
Chopped romaine lettuce, well chilled
Thinly sliced cucumber
Thinly sliced onion half rings
Toss lettuce with dressing. Garnish with cucumber and onion.
