Grilled Gator Salad

Ingredients:

Gator meat

Buttermilk

Salt, pepper & garlic powder

Butter

Dressing of choice

Directions:

Marinate bite size gator over night in buttermilk in refrigerator.
Rinse off buttermilk. Season with equal amounts of salt, pepper and garlic. Heat black iron pan. Coat pan with melted butter. Cook gator on each side until completely cooked; only takes approx 5 minutes to cook. Gator will be solid white once cooked.

Serve with Honey Mustard or Ranch Dressing and Garlic Bread
