Baked Brie with Citrus Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients:

Pastry:
1 5"x5" piece of puff pastry
1 4 oz. tin of brie

Sauce:
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 cup orange juice
Juice from 1 lemon
Juice from 1 lime
½ cup honey

Preparation:
• Thaw one sheet of 5 inch puff pastry
• Wrap brie cheese with puff pastry
• Place pastry seam side down on a baking sheet with parchment paper
• Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
• While pastry cools - combine all sauce ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes
• Cut brie into wedges
• Ladle sauce over wedges
