½ cup freshly grated and processed Parmesan cheese
½ cup garlic-balsamic vinegar mixture dipping oil (found in olive oil section of grocery)
2 tsp lemon zest
3 Tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp, each, chopped basil and cilantro
Mix and serve with your favorite salad.
