Summer salad with homemade honey mustard dressing

Salad Ingredients:

2 heads lettuce
2 large Carrots
1 package of Sweet Cherry Tomatoes
Small bunch of Radishes
1 Red onion
1 large Cucumber
One 11oz can corn with jalapeño
( drained)
One 8 oz can of beets ( drained)
One 8 oz can sweet peas (drained)
One 5 oz pack Butter Garlic Croutons

Honey Mustard Dressing Ingredients:

4 cups Kraft mayonnaise
1 cup Spicy Brown Dijon Mustard
1 cup honey
1 cup grape seed oil (May substitute vegetable oil)
4 teaspoons vinegar
½ teaspoon onion salt
Big pinch of red pepper flakes

Directions:

Mix in order given. Cover, label, date and refrigerate to blend flavors.

Cook's note: This recipe keeps well in the refrigerator. However, for household use, I recommend halving the ingredients.
