Peanut Butter Brownies

1 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup Peanut Butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups Flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Peanut Butter Frosting:
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 stick butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
Heavy cream or milk to desired consistency


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
With an electric mixer cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar. Then add 2 beaten eggs.
Once combined add peanut butter, vanilla.
Then add dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and salt.
Bake at 350 degrees on a buttered and floured 9 x 13 1" cookie sheet for 22-25 minutes.
Allow Brownies to cool.

For the frosting:
Cream together peanut butter and butter with an electric mixer.
Add powdered sugar.
Add heavy cream to desired consistency and whip until fluffy.
Spread onto cooled brownies and enjoy!
