Makes ~ 16 oz

1 cup mixed frozen fruit (example:  ¾ c blueberries + ¼ raspberries)

½ cup fat free milk

½ cup plain kefir (or substitute plain greek yogurt)

¼ cup probiotic juice drink

Kcalories: 200

Protein: 10 grams

Fat: 1 gram

Carbohydrate: 35 grams
