Another trucking company has filed a lawsuit against Knoxville based Pilot Flying J. The suit claims the family-owned fueling company broke racketeering laws.
Arka Logistics, Inc is a trucking company based out of Illinois. They claim they were victims of a fuel rebate scheme run by Pilot Flying J.
FBI and IRS agents raided the Pilot's headquarters in Knoxville back in April as part of its ongoing investigation.
In a little more than two months since the raid, five Pilot sales employees have pleaded guilty on information to involvement in the scheme.
