2 large ripe avocados
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1 - 2 tbsp raw local honey
5 oz. organic whole yogurt
1. Add avocados, cacao, yogurt and honey to food processor, puree.
2. Serve and enjoy!!
You really can eat this anytime of the day. You can substitute avocados using bananas if you like. You may need to add more honey or maple syrup to taste and a pinch of salt if it's too sweet for your liking. Of course, always add more cacao. Serve with fresh fruit or as a dipping sauce for other dessert needs.
