(WBIR- Knoxville) Heavy rain is flooding roads and neighborhoods across East Tennesse and causing problems for drivers.
Knox County dispatchers said the usual trouble spots are flooding, like Cedar Bluff at Executive Park and Ball Camp Road.
Trees are also down, including one that blocked half of the roadway on Sevierville Pike.
Dispatchers said cars were hydroplaning on the interstate, but no major accidents had been reported.
Two SUVs were stuck in high water at Ailor and Citico.
Residents sent us pictures via email and facebook. Lake City, Oliver Springs, and Windrock Park appeared to be experiencing high flooding.
KUB reported as of the early afternoon, 575 customers were without power.
