(WBIR - Knoxville) A group looking at adding new attractions to World's Fair Park met for a second time Monday night.

The World's Fair Park Working Group was formed to discuss new cultural uses for the park.

Monday they discussed the performance lawn closest to Cumberland Avenue. They decided to contact UT to investigate the possibility of moving Clarence Brown Theater to World's Fair Park.

The city says it's important to figure out different ways of utilizing city property.

"It's important to take advantage of any opportunity to enhance the cultural availability of major cultural resources to the citizens of Knoxville. We think this is an opportunity for those cultural institutions at the university to be close to others like KMA and closer to downtown," said William Lyons with the City of Knoxville.

The next step is for UT to get together with the Public Building Authority and discuss whether the theater would fit there and if they even want to move.
