(WBIR - Sevierville, TN) Late Thursday afternoon, a jury found Becky Eury guilty of trying to set her five-week-old baby on fire.
It took less than a day for a jury to convict Eury of reckless endangerment and other charges.
Authorities say Eury strapped her baby into a car seat and set it on fire back in 2010. The child was not injured.
Eury will be sentenced on September 5th.

Becky Eury is charged with reckless endangerment following the 2010 incident. At the time, the child's father told police Eury strapped the child into a car set then set it on fire. The baby was not hurt.
According to the Sevier County Clerk's Office, Eury's trial is set to begin Thursday morning. Officials tell 10News Eury has previously turned down a plea deal with prosecutors.
