4 Ribeye Steaks, cut into 1" cubes
Bell pepper, seeded and cut into chunks
1 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
Mix all ingredients for marinade in a bowl. Marinate meat for 2 hours, up to overnight. Put on 10" bamboo skewers (soaked in water.) Alternate meat and bell pepper sections.
Grill on high heat for a 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
