Knoxville Police and the FBI are asking for the public's help to find a man who was caught on camera robbing a West Knoxville Bank.

Officers say the suspect walked into the Home Federal Bank at Downtown West Boulevard at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. The FBI says the suspect handed a note over to the teller. That note said he was armed and demanded money.

The suspect grabbed an undisclosed amount of cash and ran away.

A camera took a picture of the suspect. Police described him as a black male with facial hair in his early 30s. He weighs around 200 pounds and is between 5'11" and 6'1". At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a white polo shirt, a dark T-shirt underneath, and sunglasses.

If you have any information, authorities ask you call the Knoxville FBI office at 865-544-0751 or the Knoxville Police Department at 865-215-7212. Authorities are offering a reward for any information that leads to an arrest.
