12 slices of smoky bacon
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup of real mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 dashes worcestershire sauce
6 whole English muffins
Begin by hard-boiling eggs. Meanwhile, fry bacon until crispy. Drain grease and chop until in crumbles. After eggs have boiled for approximately 10-12 minutes, immediately run cold water over eggs until they are cool enough to handle. Peel eggs and chop. Gently combine eggs, cooked bacon and remaining ingredients (minus the English muffins, of course!). The flavors of this mixture get better if left to sit overnight in the refrigerator.
Spread mixture on English muffins and broil 3-5 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
