8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
1 package Italian dressing mix
4 Pita bread rounds, cut and separated into 8 circles
Peeled and seeded cucumber, diced if desired
Mix cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth. Spread about two tablespoons on each Pita round. Cut into four triangles. Top each with a cucumber slice or several pieces of diced. Sprinkle with the topping of your choice, lemon pepper, seasoned salt etc.
