Pimento Polish Grilled Cheese with Pepper Jelly

Ingredients:

pimento cheese of your choice

smoked Polish sausage

pepper jelly

2 thick slices sourdough bread

Sweet Heat seasoning

 

Directions:

Preheat griddle to 350 degrees. Split polish sausage (pre-cooked) and grill until browned. Butter one side of each bread slice, place butter side down on hot griddle. Top one slice with pimento cheese and the other with pepper jelly. Place grilled sausage on top of cheese, top the sandwich with 2nd slice of bread and sprinkle top with Sweet Heat. Enjoy!
