The 6 year-old boy hit by a car in Seymour was released from UT Medical Center tonight.
Update 7:30 p.m.
A 6 year-old boy hit by a car in Seymour on Saturday was taken by a Lifestar helicopter to UT Medical Center.
His condition is unknown at this time.
According to Tennessee Highway Patrol the boy rode his scooter into the road when a car accidentally hit him.
The incident happened around 5:00 p.m. on Vanderview drive in Seymour.
A car hit a child in Seymour on Saturday according to Sevier County Dispatch.
That incident happened on Vanderview Drive.
A Lifestar crew was flown into the closest landing spot off Chapman Highway.
